A Full Professor of Public Law at Thomas Sankara University (Ouagadougou), Prof. Séni M. Ouedraogo is the former Minister of Civil Service, Labor and Social Protection of Burkina Faso.  He recently became President of the Scientific Council and Founder, Ouagadougou Graduate School of Legal Studies (OGSLS).

Biography

Professor Séni Mahamadou Ouédraogo is a Full Professor of Public Law at Thomas Sankara University, where he has been teaching since 2013.

He is the former Minister of the Civil Service, Labour and Social Protection of Burkina Faso, a position he held from 2018 to 2022.

Professor Ouédraogo has also served as Chair of the Bureau of the Third Session of the Specialized Technical Committee on Social Development, Labour and Employment of the African Union (2019–2022). He was Director General of the National School of Administration and Judiciary of Burkina Faso (2015–2016) and recently became President of the Scientific Council and Founder of the Ouagadougou Graduate School of Legal Studies.
